KwotTalk helps you prepare quotes. You decide what each quote says and you are responsible for it. Each final PDF is bought through the App Store or Google Play.

By using KwotTalk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What KwotTalk does

KwotTalk helps you turn a description of a job into a quote, create a PDF with your business details, follow it up and promote your business. It is a tool: it does not give legal, tax or professional advice, and it does not check prices, licenses or the work you quote.

Your quotes are yours

You decide every item, price and term on your quotes, and you are responsible for them, including taxes, licenses and any rules that apply to your trade and your state. KwotTalk never invents prices: it uses only what you say or type. Always review a quote before you send it.

Purchases

• Drafts, previews and the rest of the app are free.
• Each final PDF is a single purchase, USD 0.99 in the US or the price your store shows in your country, made through the App Store or Google Play under Apple’s or Google’s terms.
• Opening, saving again, printing or sharing a PDF you already bought is free. A corrected version of a quote is free for 15 days after its first PDF; after that it is a new PDF.
• If a payment goes through and the PDF does not finish, you can finish it from Settings › Purchases at no extra cost.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Your data

Your data stays on your phone and, if you turn on backup, in your own iCloud or Google Drive. D4U cannot see it or recover it. Keeping a backup is your choice; we recommend a daily one. Our privacy policy explains this in full.

Acceptable use

Do not use KwotTalk to break the law, to mislead your clients, or to send content you have no right to use, such as logos or photos that are not yours.

The app as it is

KwotTalk is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors, that speech recognition will understand every word, or that it will work on every phone.

Changes

We may update KwotTalk and these terms. If the terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
